About
We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of General Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and experience in managing daily operations, team development, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all service operations
- Maintain consistent service standards across all shifts
- Manage guest flow, pacing, and floor awareness
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed
- Recruit, hire, and train FOH team members
- Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and corrective action when needed
- Build schedules aligned with labor targets
- Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate service priorities
- Uphold hospitality standards at all times
- Resolve guest issues calmly and professionally
- Build relationships with repeat guests and the local community
- Monitor sales, labor, and operating costs
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Track operational KPIs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Work directly with owners on goals, operations, and strategic initiatives
- Support menu rollouts, training programs, and service improvements
- Provide operational feedback and identify areas for growthRequirements:
- 3–5 years as a GM or AGM in a full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with scheduling, cost controls, and inventory
- Ability to manage service under pressure with consistency
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices and guest engagementBenefits:
- Salary range: $85,000–$100,000 based on experience
