About
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team and lead the culinary vision of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing kitchen operations, overseeing all aspects of kitchen activities, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Our Chef de Cuisine will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the Executive Chef to execute the culinary vision of the ownership group
- Leading the back of house team in preparation, setup, and execution of each day's services
- Coordinating and executing events
The successful candidate will also:
- Lead daily operations with a focus on systems, organization, and finance
- Develop and maintain menu changes in a timely and relevant manner directed by the Executive Chef
- Participate in weekly financial performance review with department heads
As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be expected to demonstrate a proactive awareness of seasonal ingredient changes and assist in the development of new menu items. You will also be responsible for maintaining a smooth professional service for all meal periods, with a focus on member and guest experience.
