Senior Bar Lead

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the entire bar operation, ensuring exceptional service and product quality. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity and operational excellence, driving financial and experiential success.

• Oversee daily bar operations, maintaining service excellence, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar according to health and safety standards.
• Implement systems for efficiency, including prep lists, pars, checklists, recipe books, and storage organization.
• Collaborate with management to support seamless front-of-house operations.

• Develop and maintain a seasonal cocktail program that is balanced, profitable, and aligned with the brand.
• Curate amaro, vermouth, and Italian spirit selections.
• Partner with ownership on wine list updates and pairings.
• Maintain detailed recipe specs and enforce consistent execution.

• Manage beverage cost targets, inventory, and ordering.
• Optimize vendor relationships and negotiate pricing when appropriate.
• Track and analyze beverage sales trends to drive revenue.
• Reduce loss through effective training, portion control, and waste management.

• Deliver warm hospitality to every guest.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Cultivate regulars and foster a welcoming bar environment that drives repeat business.

• Ensure adherence to all state and local alcohol regulations.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times.
• Maintain ServSafe/Responsible Service certifications.
