Dining Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Lead to oversee the preparation and service of food items in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service by attending to details and ensuring a positive dining experience for customers, staff, and visitors.
• Coordinate activities of other food-service employees, including planning menus, managing meal service, and responding to customer complaints.
• Train employees, assign work tasks, and promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.
• Ensure proper cash handling, inventory management, and sanitation practices in accordance with company standards and government regulations.
• Direct and participate in the overall sanitation and safety of the facility and employees.
