Chief Culinary Officer

Job Summary

Superica Strawberry Hill seeks an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a key leadership role that requires strong culinary expertise and management skills.

The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including production, prep, special events, and purchasing. He/she will ensure that all culinary staff are trained and equipped to provide top-notch service, and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the culinary team to achieve guest satisfaction and financial targets


• Develop and implement menu concepts and recipes


• Oversee food production, plating, and presentation


• Train and develop culinary staff


• Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and expenses


• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 5 years in senior management


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
