Senior Restaurant Operations Leader

Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive experience in the industry, with a minimum of five years in senior management.

The successful General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including leading the team, managing reservations and seating, and overseeing menu changes. They will also be responsible for hiring, training, and developing staff, as well as monitoring service and performance to ensure guest satisfaction.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, plus a generous quarterly bonus program. Full benefit eligibility is provided after 30 days of employment, including major medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
