• Lead Produce Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and delegate tasks to produce team members
• Train team members with the produce trainer to build and sustain a high-performance team
• Assist in training new team members using learning checklists and training materials
• Maintain awareness of customer flows and needs, directing team members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers
• Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel team members to sustain a high-performance team
