Master Pasta Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled artisan to produce high-quality pasta products using freshly milled flours.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pasta cookery, production, and meat fabrication.

• Produce extruded, rolled, and hand-shaped pasta for our in-house pasta program
• Assist with the butchery of whole animals and the fabrication of seafood
• Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to health and safety standards
