Deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations by providing personalized attention, prompt responses to requests, and ensuring seamless interactions throughout their visit.

• Take beverage/food orders with precision and accuracy.
• Set up the lounge/restaurant for evening cocktail and dinner service with meticulous attention to detail.
• Serve beverages/food according to established standard procedures while maintaining exceptional levels of guest service.
• Upsell additional items to enhance guests' experiences.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and report any issues to management.

• At least 2 years of serving experience in a high-end/fine dining restaurant establishment.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, craft cocktails, and food is essential.
• Strong oral communication skills are necessary for effective interactions with guests.
• Ability to make minor decisions requiring limited judgment, such as task sequencing.
• General decision-making skills are required, including prioritizing workload and not serving intoxicated guests.
