About
Lead the culinary team and oversee all aspects of food production, inventory control, menu development, and vendor relations. Create menus that drive sales and excitement while ensuring consistency in quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage budgets for food and labor expenses
- Coordinate with distributors and vendors for product placement and pricing
- Oversee creation and maintenance of menus, including catering and event options
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all locations
- Collaborate with management to ensure effective training programs and staffing strategies
- Monitor and report on financial performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including certifications for staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior chef or culinary director
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of menu engineering and cost controls
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and food safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
