We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Lead Line Cook at our modern Italian restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to set a positive tone for the kitchen team.
- Solid experience in sauté, grill, and expo preparation.
- Ability to execute with precision and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
- Pride in plating, organization, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Main Responsibilities:
- To lead by example during service and maintain Avo's high standards for flavor and presentation.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
- Work closely with the chef team to plan and execute seasonal menu changes.
- Maintain efficient prep systems, product rotation, and daily cleanliness.
