We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Lead Line Cook at our modern Italian restaurant.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to set a positive tone for the kitchen team.
  • Solid experience in sauté, grill, and expo preparation.
  • Ability to execute with precision and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pride in plating, organization, and maintaining a clean workspace.
  • A genuine passion for food, teamwork, and ongoing growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To lead by example during service and maintain Avo's high standards for flavor and presentation.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
  • Work closely with the chef team to plan and execute seasonal menu changes.
  • Maintain efficient prep systems, product rotation, and daily cleanliness.
