The Meeting Spot is a vibrant restaurant and bar near SoFi Stadium and Cosm, known for delicious food, craft cocktails, and a fun atmosphere.

As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting front-of-house and back-of-house teams during assigned shifts. Your goal will be to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold service standards.

• Lead and Support Teams: Direct and guide your colleagues in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, safe environment.


• Ensure Smooth Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities, including managing cash handling, reporting, and adhering to service standards.


• Train, Coach, and Motivate: Develop and support team members through training and coaching, promoting a positive work culture.


• Handle Guest Concerns: Professionally address guest issues, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.


• Manage Shift Tasks: Perform opening/closing procedures, manage cash handling, and prepare reports as needed.
