Department Food Supervisor Lead

• Manage and delegate tasks to team members, fostering a positive work environment and minimizing turnover.
• Collaborate with trainers to develop and implement training programs, driving team success and growth.
• Support new team members through comprehensive training and development.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated inventory, adhering to established procedures.
• Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the department according to protocols.
• Promote employee well-being by providing necessary breaks and addressing team concerns effectively.
• Drive exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and queries while maintaining awareness of customer flows and preferences.
• Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel team members, promoting a culture of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.
• Deliver timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations, empowering team members for continued growth.
