Key Responsibilities- Smokeless grills at every table with cuts from our dry aging room for fresh, caramelized steak.
- A team of hospitality service coordinators warmly receive inquiries and book customer reservations while maintaining the restaurant's flow.
- The coordinators work closely with the restaurant and event teams to ensure smooth service.
The hiring process includes resume screening and interviews, training phases in September, and pre-opening services. The grand opening party will take place on Friday, followed by regular business hours starting Saturday.
Essential job duties include communicating overbookings or anomalies, completing side work related to opening and closing the reservations desk, phone lines, and email lines. Hospitality service coordinators also maintain a clean workspace, answer customer inquiries professionally, and forward issues to management.
