We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Leader to oversee our kitchen operations, drive menu development, and maintain exceptional culinary standards.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative menus that meet customer expectations and preferences
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff while fostering a collaborative work environment
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls to optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with management on seasonal menu changes and special events
Requirements
- 5+ years of culinary experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proven track record of maintaining food cost and labor efficiency
