A high-volume Chicago restaurant is seeking a culinary professional to join its leadership team as a Sous Chef. This is an opportunity for a driven individual to step into a fast-paced, scratch-kitchen environment with strong systems and room for advancement.

Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent execution and high standards of quality
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the BOH team with a hands-on, collaborative approach
  • Support menu execution, prep systems, and station management in a high-volume environment
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
  • Assist with inventory management and cost-control initiatives
  • Partner closely with the Executive Chef and management team to elevate the guest experience
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
