Culinary Director Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned chef to oversee our second restaurant's culinary operations.

This key role requires a professional with 2-3 years of experience in managing kitchen teams and implementing innovative menu concepts.

1. Lead the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for customers every day.
2. Develop and maintain high-quality recipes, ensure efficient food preparation and presentation standards, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Evaluate daily service execution against established standards and develop strategies to enhance performance.
4. Directly manage and mentor line cooks, prep staff, and dishwashers to optimize team performance and productivity.
5. Effectively control labor and food costs through data-driven decision making and sound financial management practices.
6. Maintain accurate inventory management, create purchasing lists, and source high-quality ingredients from suppliers while considering product availability and sourcing guidelines.
