Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a culinary leader who is passionate about food and dedicated to excellence in our kitchen. This full-time position requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, leading a team of cooks, and developing seasonal menus that showcase our commitment to quality and innovation.

• Lead day-to-day back-of-house operations with professionalism, efficiency, and respect
• Manage, coach, and develop kitchen staff with a focus on teamwork, consistency, and long-term growth
• Develop and execute seasonal menus, specials, and new dishes that reflect creativity and high quality
• Maintain rigorous standards for food safety, quality, and consistency
• Monitor and control both food and labor costs to meet financial targets
• Oversee ordering, inventory, prep systems, and scheduling
• Identify and solve problems proactively and calmly

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant kitchen management (Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef, etc.)
• Proven ability to control food and labor costs without compromising quality
• Strong menu development skills, particularly with seasonal and ingredient-driven cuisine
• Demonstrated ability to run a kitchen efficiently while treating staff with respect
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building strengths
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
