Austin Sports Club is seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen team and ensure exceptional culinary experiences for our members.

• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Collaborate with the executive chef to develop and implement new menu concepts and promotions.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, with strong leadership skills and expertise in menu development, inventory management, and staff training.
