• Cut, trim, and prepare meat products to order, using sharp knives and equipment.
• Display and merchandise meat products in an attractive and appealing way to customers.
• Check product quality and freshness regularly, rotating stock as needed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

• Previous experience in a retail or food service environment, preferably in a butcher or meat department.
• Excellent cutting skills and knowledge of different cuts and cooking techniques.
• Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness.
