Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage our front-of-house operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead floor operations and maintain exceptional guest service standards
- Coach and support FOH team members during service
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate specials
- Maintain ambiance, cleanliness, and service standards
- Assist with training, inventory, POS updates, and daily logs
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and management on feedback and performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and excellent communication skills
- The ability to work comfortably with digital tools and technology
- A Food Handler Manager Certification is preferred
- Bilingualism in English and Spanish is an asset
