Front-of-House Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage our front-of-house operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead floor operations and maintain exceptional guest service standards
• Coach and support FOH team members during service
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate specials
• Maintain ambiance, cleanliness, and service standards
• Assist with training, inventory, POS updates, and daily logs
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and management on feedback and performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and excellent communication skills
• The ability to work comfortably with digital tools and technology
• A Food Handler Manager Certification is preferred
• Bilingualism in English and Spanish is an asset
