About
The ideal candidate will serve as a leader to ensure that cultural, culinary and operating standards are upheld daily.
They must be familiar with and drive sanitation regulations and showcase those standards within the operation.
- Leading by example, this role executes signature dishes according to existing recipes and collaborates on new ones that help define the restaurant and resonate with guests creating new regulars.
- Key responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining cost control while not compromising on standards and ensuring timely delivery of meals at the highest quality.
This position is accountable for having a direct impact on profitability. Key performance indicators include team leadership, staff development, customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of food quality.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- Experience in kitchen operations and staff development
