Culinary Expert - Kitchen Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and executing menus with exceptional quality and precision.

• Prepare and maintain various stations (cold foods, pasta, grill, sauté, pastry)
• Foster open communication with Chefs and colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Support other areas of the kitchen as needed and assist teammates in achieving kitchen goals
• Train and delegate tasks according to established standards, adhering to all HR policies

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a genuine passion for cooking, and a willingness to take direction from experienced chefs. You should also be highly organized, productive, and able to work efficiently in a high-intensity kitchen environment.
