We are seeking a culinary leader who is passionate about food and dedicated to driving excellence in our kitchen.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring 50–60 hours per week, overseeing all kitchen operations and leading the culinary team.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day back-of-house operations with professionalism, efficiency, and respect
- Develop and execute seasonal menus, specials, and new dishes that reflect creativity and high quality
- Maintain rigorous standards for food safety, quality, and consistency
- Monitor and control both food and labor costs
- Oversee ordering, inventory, prep systems, and scheduling
