Avo is seeking a passionate, skilled Lead Line Cook to join our tight-knit kitchen team. We're a modern Italian restaurant focused on seasonal ingredients, handmade pastas, and refined simplicity. What We're Looking For:


  • Strong leadership and communication skills — able to set the tone for the line.


  • Solid experience with sauté, grill, and expo.


  • Ability to execute with precision and consistency in a busy, fine-casual setting.


  • Pride in plating, organization, and cleanliness.


  • A genuine love for food, teamwork, and continual growth.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead by example during service; uphold Avo's standards for flavor and presentation.


  • Assist in training and mentoring new cooks.


  • Work closely with the chef team to execute seasonal menu changes.


  • Maintain prep systems, product rotation, and daily cleanliness.
