We are seeking an experienced and passionate Culinary Leader to oversee our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in menu development, leadership, and training.

• Culinary Excellence: Develop and implement high-quality menus that showcase traditional Japanese techniques and presentation standards.
• Create seasonal menus that balance creativity with established techniques.
• Culinary Team Management: Train, supervise, and mentor staff in proper techniques and safety protocols.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a sushi chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Extensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine, especially sushi, sashimi, and omakase-style dining.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a high-performing culinary team.
