Key Responsibilities:- Prepare daily meals and manage assigned kitchen duties with precision.
- Estimate daily production needs and maintain high-quality raw and cooked food products to meet operational standards.
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory management and adhere to established menu item recipes, production methods, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a professional work area, promoting cleanliness and organization among colleagues.
- Collaborate effectively with the Secondary Chef during cooking and plating operations.
- Consider ongoing orders when breaking down tasks to ensure seamless service execution.
- Ensure timely replacement of pans, parchment paper, and linens as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to accurately assess supplies required for the next day's operations.
