About
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to manage our daily office tasks, including bookkeeping, inventory control, PR, marketing, social media, and other responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales forecasting and budgeting
- Cash management and reconciliation
- Staff cash drop inspections and payroll processing
- Inventory control and weekly bar inventory
- End-of-month food and beverage inventory
- Employee documentation and benefits administration
- PR and marketing support for all outlets
- Vendor statement reconciliation
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the food and hospitality industry
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional work ethic and communication skills
