Chef de Partie Opportunity

La Tête d'Or by Daniel, a renowned Parisian steakhouse, seamlessly blends classic American cuisine with exquisite French dining. The main dining area can accommodate up to 150 guests and features an impressive cocktail bar, private dining room, and exclusive omakase table.

The ideal candidate for this hourly position will be responsible for overseeing at least one cook and maintaining direct communication with the Executive Chef.

Essential duties include:

  • Maintaining production levels as required
  • Keeping work areas clean and sanitized
  • Producing consistent food quality
  • Adapting to instructions and following procedures

Key competencies and qualifications for success in this role include:

  • At least three years of experience in high-volume or fine dining environments
  • Advanced knife skills
  • Ability to read and follow recipes and standards
  • Produce high volumes of accurate, complete, and high-quality work
  • Practice food safety procedures
