About
The role of General Manager Assistant is to oversee the daily operations of a café, ensuring seamless service and high-quality products. This person leads by example, motivating the Front of House team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
This involves:
- Training and guiding the FOH team for outstanding customer experiences.
- Maintaining consistent standards in services and product quality.
- Supporting administrative duties.
- Enhancing operational and financial performance.
For this position, we seek candidates with:
A genuine passion for people, hospitality, food, and beverages.
At least two years' experience in specialty coffee.
Minimum one year's leadership and management experience.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
