Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for the production and service of high-quality pastries in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Produce and present visually appealing pastries that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Work collaboratively with the sous chef, executive chef, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of pastry services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new pastry recipes and menu items.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving of pastry supplies.

Requirements:
