• Holding team members accountable for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Making informed hiring and separation decisions.
• Monitoring and achieving sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Maintaining proper product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control.

• Setting and achieving retail execution standards.

• 24+ months retail experience, including 12+ months of team leadership experience.
• Food safety certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient mathematical skills for financial performance assessment.
• Demonstrated decision-making ability, leadership skills, and prioritization and delegation.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications.
