Food Preparation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prepare food to specifications, communicate effectively with chefs, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

• Prepare high-quality food products according to recipes and portion sizes
• Communicate with chef for instructions and training
• Uphold health codes and sanitation regulations
• Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner

• No prior experience or education required
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and follow instructions
• Capacity to use kitchen tools safely, including knives and small equipment ware

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for the entire length of shift
• Manual ability to chop, mix, blend, whip a variety of foods and liquids
• Exposed to variable temperatures and frequently immersing hands in water
