**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced kitchen leader to oversee our culinary operations. As Kitchen Operations Manager , you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the kitchen, ensuring seamless execution of menu items, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory, ordering, and evaluation of products from other culinary stations with management.
- Communicate product ordering as per menu requirements.
- Evaluate daily prep for quality and quantity based on business levels.
- Maintain mise-en-place production and execute cookery and plating of dishes from assigned station for service.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen area as directed by culinary management.
- Set up the scheduled station for service on time.
- Analyze the station and product to ensure all standards and quality issues are met.
- Follow and execute recipes for assigned station.
- Properly break down or hand over the station at the end of shift.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have two years of professional line cook experience, excellent knife skills, and Servsafe certification within six months. Experience cooking at a Michelin level, an associate's degree in culinary arts, and bi-lingual skills are desirable.
