**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced kitchen leader to oversee our culinary operations. As Kitchen Operations Manager , you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the kitchen, ensuring seamless execution of menu items, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage inventory, ordering, and evaluation of products from other culinary stations with management.
  2. Communicate product ordering as per menu requirements.
  3. Evaluate daily prep for quality and quantity based on business levels.
  4. Maintain mise-en-place production and execute cookery and plating of dishes from assigned station for service.
  5. Clean and sanitize the kitchen area as directed by culinary management.
  6. Set up the scheduled station for service on time.
  7. Analyze the station and product to ensure all standards and quality issues are met.
  8. Follow and execute recipes for assigned station.
  9. Properly break down or hand over the station at the end of shift.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have two years of professional line cook experience, excellent knife skills, and Servsafe certification within six months. Experience cooking at a Michelin level, an associate's degree in culinary arts, and bi-lingual skills are desirable.
