Dining Room Associate

We are seeking a Front-of-House Team Member to join our dynamic team!

The ideal candidate will be able to provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain full knowledge of pastry, bread, kitchen, beverage, and retail items to ensure seamless service to customers.

• Prepare drinks for the dining room as needed, using attention to detail and maintaining high standards of quality.

• Anticipate guest needs and note any preferences provided by the guest to create a tailored experience.

• Handle guest situations with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.

• Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures, including daily checklists and side work assignments.

• Organize money and receipts throughout the shift, adhering to cash handling policies.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following cleaning checklists to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-6 months of related restaurant experience or training is preferred.

• Experience with POS systems, particularly Toast, is advantageous.

• Flexibility in scheduling is highly desirable, but not required.

• Cross-training in multiple areas of the dining room and retail space is beneficial.

• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location.
