Caramá by Wolfgang Puck brings modern Italian elegance to the Las Vegas Strip, highlighting handmade pastas, refined desserts, and a warm, contemporary dining experience. We are seeking a passionate, detail-driven Pastry Cook to join our dynamic culinary team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fine-dining pastry environment and is eager to refine their craft under the mentorship of an experienced Pastry Chef and award-winning culinary leadership.


Position Summary:
As a Pastry Cook, you will play a key role in the preparation and execution of all pastry items, ensuring consistency, precision, and creativity in every dish. You will be an integral part of our renowned pastry team, contributing to the creation of innovative, beautifully crafted desserts that elevate the guest experience. This position offers the opportunity to work with top-tier ingredients, refined techniques, and a team committed to excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about pastry arts, thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and plate high-quality desserts and pastry items according to recipes and standards

  • Support the pastry team in all aspects of production, mise en place, and service

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety regulations

  • Contribute to new ideas and seasonal menu changes when appropriate

  • Ensure consistent presentation and portioning of all pastry products

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ year of pastry experience in a fine dining or upscale high-volume restaurant

  • Pastry Arts Degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a reputable pastry kitchen

  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, plated desserts, and pastry production

  • Fine dining experience is a plus; high-volume experience is highly preferred  

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and excellence

  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment under pressure

  • Flexible schedule availability, with night shifts starting around 4:00 PM
