Overview
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our Prepared Foods department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develops and maintains effective store layouts and product displays that drive sales and engage customers.
- Works closely with Team Leaders to set and achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
- Analyzes sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize business results.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of products and services offered by the company and stays up-to-date on new product releases.
- Builds strong relationships with vendors and ensures all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborates with Team Leaders to resolve employee concerns and issues promptly and fairly.
- Assumes departmental leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Team Leader.
- Maintains the highest standards of retail execution and sets an example for other team members.
- Fosters a positive work environment built on teamwork, respect, and open communication.

Additional Requirements:
This role requires at least 18 months of retail experience as a Team Member and 6 months of supervisory experience. The successful candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand or walk for 6-8 hours per day, and use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and various temperatures may occur. Ability to work in wet and dry conditions, use tools and equipment safely, and potentially use ladders is necessary.
