Food Service Team Professional

Our purpose goes beyond just serving food - it's about nourishing people and the planet. In this role, you'll play a vital role in bringing that vision to life.

• Cut, prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold foods with precision and attention to detail.
• Sample products to customers and showcase our offerings in an appealing way.
• Stock hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods from the kitchen, ensuring maximum visibility and appeal.

You'll also take ownership of in-stock product dates, checking for freshness and rotating when necessary to maintain the highest standards. This includes bailing and consolidating recyclables, assisting team leaders with organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items, and completing spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.

As a key contributor to our success, you'll arrive on time, be appropriately groomed and dressed, and ready to work. You'll provide excellent customer service, answer phones and pages promptly and courteously, and maximize sales potential through proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.

Additionally, you'll follow established procedures for health and sanitation, safe work practices and maintaining a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment according to our cleanliness and safety standards.
