This key position shapes the guest experience through expert cooking and thoughtful approach to hospitality. It supports the Executive Chef in organizing, planning, and guiding daily kitchen operations.
- Consistently deliver a positive culture to guests and team members.
- Oversee and hold the Sous Chef team accountable for effective daily operating procedures.
- Lead a high-performing kitchen team and maintain excellence & hospitality throughout each day's specific service periods.
- Demonstrate proactive awareness of seasonal ingredient changes and partner with the Executive Chef to maintain menu changes.
- Set an example of a positive, collaborative work environment for both service and kitchen teams.
- Ensure proper systems are in place to keep back-of-house operations clean, safe, and up-to-all 'A' level health code standards.
- Complete assigned administrative requirements accurately and on time.
- Provide feedback and guidance with excellence and hospitality in mind.
- Look for internal and external opportunities to build our growing team.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
