About
This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role requiring significant hours. The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, lead and develop our culinary team, and collaborate with management to maintain and elevate our customer experience.
- Lead daily back-of-house operations with professionalism, efficiency, and respect.
- Manage, coach, and develop kitchen staff with a focus on teamwork, consistency, and long-term growth.
- Develop and execute seasonal menus, specials, and new dishes that reflect creativity and high quality.
- Maintain rigorous standards for food safety, quality, and consistency.
- Monitor and control both food and labor costs to meet financial targets.
- Oversee ordering, inventory, prep systems, and scheduling.
- Identify and solve problems proactively and calmly.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative restaurant culture.
