Chief Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a retail leader to manage daily operations, lead staff, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.

• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Ensure stock is always available and rotated correctly
• Coordinate minor tasks such as cleaning schedules and labeling
• Maintain compliance with NYC DOH standards

• Recruit, hire, train, and lead a team of 8–15 FOH staff
• Create and manage weekly staff schedules
• Conduct ongoing training on customer service and candy handling
• Provide coaching and performance reviews when needed
• Cultivate a positive, team-focused environment

• Resolve guest issues with professionalism
• Maintain product knowledge of all candies

• Manage inventory counts and ordering for supplies
