Job Overview:
- The role involves overseeing Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations, ensuring food meets specifications and adheres to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support staff; ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and uniform standards.
- Collaborate with leadership on culinary direction, menu development, and quality control.
- Track inventory, monitor demand, and maintain an efficient supply chain while minimizing waste.
- Complete daily log reports and communicate operational updates to the leadership Team.
- Implement company policies and standards.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development of team members.
- Provide warm, friendly, responsive customer service.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow daily/weekly cleaning schedules.
- Restock inventory and monitor items requiring replenishment.
- Attend meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced food environment.
- Knowledge of culinary arts, food production, and kitchen operations.
- Experience operating standard kitchen equipment.
- Understanding of food safety best practices.
- Familiarity with Google Drive and basic Microsoft applications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Highly organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Positive under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards.
- Ability to stand and walk for the full duration of shifts.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Manual dexterity to operate knives and kitchen tools.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
