Job Overview:

  • The role involves overseeing Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations, ensuring food meets specifications and adheres to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and support staff; ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and uniform standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership on culinary direction, menu development, and quality control.
  • Track inventory, monitor demand, and maintain an efficient supply chain while minimizing waste.
  • Complete daily log reports and communicate operational updates to the leadership Team.
  • Implement company policies and standards.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development of team members.
  • Provide warm, friendly, responsive customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow daily/weekly cleaning schedules.
  • Restock inventory and monitor items requiring replenishment.
  • Attend meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced food environment.
  • Knowledge of culinary arts, food production, and kitchen operations.
  • Experience operating standard kitchen equipment.
  • Understanding of food safety best practices.
  • Familiarity with Google Drive and basic Microsoft applications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Positive under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the full duration of shifts.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Manual dexterity to operate knives and kitchen tools.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
