Experienced Sushi Chef Wanted

The Sushi Cook is a vital role within our culinary team, responsible for preparing and cooking sushi items while adhering to the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

We are seeking an experienced Sushi Cook who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with ease and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This individual must have excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing ingredients and cooking sushi according to recipes and presentation guidelines
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, including storing and labeling fish products
• Communicating equipment needs and maintenance requests to management

We require candidates with at least one year of experience in the same role, possessing polished, professional, warm, and hospitable qualities. The ideal candidate will be able to lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
