Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality menu items with attention to detail and excellent technique.

• Prepare all menu items in specific stations, adhering to culinary standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver efficient service and exceptional dishes.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience and/or training in a fine dining restaurant environment.
• Prior experience as a Line Cook or similar role is preferred.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
• Valid San Diego County Food Handler certification upon hire.

• Earn up to $27.95 per hour.
