Restaurant Operations Director

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced restaurant leader to oversee the daily operations of our Las Vegas establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of service quality, consistency, and efficiency across all areas of the restaurant.
• Lead and develop a team of restaurant professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure optimal results.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, including planning, budgeting, and controlling expenses to maximize profitability.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• At least 1+ years of experience as a restaurant manager or equivalent position in an upscale dining establishment.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, manage multiple priorities, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, managing stress, and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, plans, and results to various stakeholders.
