Job Summary

A culinary leader is needed to supervise kitchen operations and oversee staff development.

This senior chef role involves managing daily kitchen activities, training employees, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Coordinate with the Chef de Cuisine to optimize dining room efficiency and banquet functions.
  • Develop menus in collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine, focusing on safety, sanitation, and product knowledge.
  • Train and support team members to deliver upscale restaurant experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in kitchen management, including at least five years' experience and two years in a supervisory capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  2. Train and develop staff to achieve high standards of customer service.
  3. Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine on menu planning and implementation.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.

Working Conditions:
