Front-of-House Manager

We are seeking a professional Maître d' Hotel to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, the Maître d'Hotel will be responsible for ensuring seamless service to our guests and promoting an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and seating guests in a timely manner
• Managing reservations and tables efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly
• Collaborating with servers and other staff members to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
