Culinary Director Position

A high-profile opportunity exists for a seasoned culinary expert with a proven track record in upscale hospitality and private club settings. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining our existing culinary standards while collaborating with the Food and Beverage team to develop a tailored program catering to our membership's evolving needs.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional cooking skills, expertise in à la Carte, Banquet & Buffet cuisine, and experience managing food-production-related costs. They will be responsible for planning menus with the Food and Beverage Director, creating food purchase specifications and standard recipes, and upholding stringent food quality and sanitation standards.

The Culinary Director will oversee a team of sous chefs, line cooks, prep cooks, and dish washers, as well as lead the hiring, training, and evaluation process for staff. Additionally, they will develop and monitor food and labor budgets for the department, ensuring that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety are consistently maintained across all kitchen areas.
