• Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and produce a variety of baked goods for guests and staff.
2. Manage all aspects of bakery operations, including multiple projects concurrently.
3. Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.

Bakery shifts begin at 5 a.m., depending on the day's needs, with opportunities to bring innovations to existing recipes and contribute to menu development through collaboration with senior chefs.

The ideal candidate has a solid educational or professional background in baking with at least two years of experience in a bakery or pastry environment.

They must be able to create a range of baked goods, accommodate dietary restrictions, operate various equipment, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
