As a General Manager, you will lead all aspects of restaurant operations. This involves overseeing hiring and training staff, monitoring service and performance, as well as ensuring a positive work environment where employees can grow and thrive together.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in progressive restaurants, preferably with 5 years in senior management. You will also require excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- 10 years of experience in progressive restaurants
- 5 years in senior management
